Who can make a request?
EngageFlow account holders, administrators of connected business accounts, and WhatsApp or SMS recipients whose information may be stored can submit a request.
What can you request?
- Deletion of an EngageFlow account.
- Deletion of contact information held for a business customer.
- Deletion of WhatsApp/Meta-connected information.
- Deletion of eligible campaign or messaging records.
Send your request to Treamzit Limited
Email support@treamzit.com with the subject EngageFlow Data Deletion Request. You may also contact support@engageflow.co.ke.
Include your name, the email address or phone number associated with the data, the relevant business, the type of request, and enough information for us to verify your identity or authority. Do not email passwords, access tokens, full payment-card details, or message content unless we later confirm it is necessary.
WhatsApp-specific requests
Identify the business that contacted you and provide the WhatsApp number involved. You do not need to send the message content unless it is necessary to locate the correct record and we ask for it through the verification process.
What happens next?
- We acknowledge the request.
- We verify the requester's identity and, where relevant, authority for the connected business.
- We locate information held by EngageFlow and may coordinate with the business customer responsible for the campaign.
- Eligible information is deleted or anonymised; information that must lawfully remain is restricted and retained only as necessary.
- We confirm completion or explain the outcome.
Limited information may remain for invoices and accounting, fraud and security records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or in protected backups pending normal rotation. We do not automatically delete data before verification.
Deleting an EngageFlow account in the dashboard
When account deletion is enabled, signed-in non-administrator account holders can open Account settings, choose Account, and use Delete account. Contact us first if you need assistance or need to understand records that may be retained.
