How information is used
Information is used to create and administer accounts, provide messaging and engagement features, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations and improve platform reliability.
Customer messaging data
EngageFlow customers decide which recipient and campaign data they submit. Customers are responsible for having an appropriate basis to contact recipients and for respecting applicable messaging, privacy and consumer-protection requirements.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use service providers to host, secure, operate or support the platform and to process communications or payments selected by a customer. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect the platform and its users, or as part of a lawful business transaction.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain necessary records and meet legal or operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
