You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the platform only for lawful business communication. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for the recipients, content and timing of messages you submit.
You must have the permissions or other lawful basis required to contact each recipient, honour applicable opt-out requests and follow the rules that apply to your messages, industry and recipients. EngageFlow must not be used for deceptive, abusive, unlawful or unsolicited communications.
We may take proportionate steps to protect EngageFlow, its providers and users, including restricting activity that threatens security, service availability or lawful operation. Features may change as the platform develops.
Plan limits, pricing and any transaction-specific conditions shown during registration, purchase or renewal form part of the service selected by the customer. Delivery may depend on telecommunications, payment and infrastructure providers outside EngageFlow's direct control.
